• Started with GitHub, but Microsoft is a US-based entity and that's complicated for geopolitical reasons (especially if you're in a sanctioned country)
• Git is already decentralised; so how can we replicate the GitHub layer in a more decentralised way?
• Radicle is an attempt to solve that
• Using Git namespaces
  • Every peer has their own namespace
  • By combining the references and walking the graph, a linear representation can be formed
